Procurement Specialist (Chemical Raw Materials) – China

About Us:

Albus Group is a manufacturer of specialty chemicals for the pulp and paper industry. We develop and supply high-quality chemical solutions to paper mills and industrial customers.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Procurement Specialist based in China who will help us source chemical raw materials and maintain close communication with our headquarters in Belarus.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and purchase chemical raw materials from Chinese manufacturers and suppliers.
* Search for new suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with manufacturers.
* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
* Verify supplier qualifications, production capabilities, and product quality.
* Coordinate with the Belarus office on procurement plans and purchasing activities.
* Monitor production schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
* Visit suppliers and factories when required.
* Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing documentation.
* Support quality control and resolve supply-related issues.

Requirement:

* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in procurement or sourcing.
* Knowledge in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Technology, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of chemical products and raw materials.
* Experience in sourcing industrial chemicals is required.
* Experience in the pulp and paper industry will be a significant advantage.
* Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
* Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple suppliers.
* Willingness to travel within China when necessary.
* High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.

开发新的供应商并评估其供货能力。
建立并维护与制造商的长期合作关系。
就价格、付款条件、交货周期及合同条款进行谈判。
核实供应商资质、生产能力及产品质量。
与白俄罗斯总部协调采购计划及采购活动。
跟踪生产进度，确保按时交货。
必要时对供应商及工厂进行实地考察。
编制采购报告，维护准确的采购文档。
协助质量控制，并解决与供应相关的问题。

任职要求
至少 2 年采购或寻源相关工作经验。
具备化学、化学工程、制浆造纸技术或相关专业知识。
对化工产品和原材料有深入的了解。
必须具备工业化学品采购经验。
具有制浆造纸行业经验者将视为重要加分项。
英语流利（书面及口头）为必要条件。
掌握俄语者优先考虑。
优秀的谈判和沟通能力。
较强的分析和组织能力。
能够独立工作并管理多家供应商。
愿意根据需要在国内出差。
