Position Name:Motor Driver & Power Systems Engineer
Mission
Develop and validate motor/inverter, power transmission (including induction), and power conversion concepts for efficiency, thermal performance, reliability, and low noise.
Key Responsibilities
·&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160； Model/ motors (BLDC/PMSM/etc.) and design power stages/inverters.
·&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160； Define control/drive requirements with firmware； support thermal and acoustic management.
·&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160； Explore power transmission options (inductive coupling, magnetic gearing, driveline components) and evaluate trade&#8209；offs.
·&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160； Build PoCs and test rigs； analyze efficiency, torque, acoustics, and reliability.
·&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160； Collaborate with suppliers for rapid iteration； ensure EMC/safety by design.
Qualifications
·&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160； Bachelor’s/Master’s in EE/Power Electronics/Electrical Machines.
·&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160； 8+ years in motor/inverter or power transmission/conversion； hands&#8209；on lab skills.
·&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160；&#160； Familiar with EMC, safety, and thermal design.
Reports to: China Tech & Innovation Lead (close collaboration with EE Manager).
Language: Mandarin & English.
